We all know its good to get vitamin D through sun and light exposure, but knowing when to head for the shade is a another lesson we should take from the animals.
Although we get many Vessels in Heaven, we should cherish Each as if it is our only. Sometimes Being in the sun a little too much takes a toll on our bodies.
